Gas Fridge Warning.

We are urging all campers not to leave any gas appliances, fires and bbq unattended, whilst they are on site. Unfortunatly , this happens too often, wirth severe consequences. Please see link for more info.

Visit Wales Advert

As Shell Island was chosen for a holiday location for the 2010/11 Visit Wales advert, at this time, Shell Island does not hire out Yurts. The Yurt in the advert was from EcoRetreats, in Mid Wales.

Their website is www.ecoretreats.co.uk. If however, you are lucky enough to own one of these fantastic tents, or a Teepee, you can camp here at Shell Island.
