Shell Island has three Flats. They are all centrally heated and available for letting throughout the year( excluding January & February). They are located within the holiday complex at the centre of the island
MAIN FLAT
This spacious flat is situated in the centre of the Island and consists of three bedrooms, one double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms. The living room looks out over the estuary and the Rhinog mountain range. There is a modern eat-in kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge/dining room is complete with colour T.V. and there is a large bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. (NO PETS ALLOWED)
KITCHEN FLAT
Approached by outside steps onto a large Decked balcony,this flat is compact and cosy. There are two bedrooms, one double bedded room and a twin bedded room. The bathroom comprises of a bath/shower and toilet. There is a small kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave .The lounge/dining room has colour T.V. and the accommodation is fully central heated. NO PETS ALLOWED .This flat is situated above the commercial kitchens and tends to be noisy in the summer during opening hours.

FLATLET
This small studio flat is situated next to the main flat along an outside balcony. It is centrally heated with one main eat-in family room with colour T.V., a double bed, single and a fold-up bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer and there is a separate shower/toilet room. This accommodation is suitable for a young family with one/two small children or any couple able to negotiate steps.
