Shell Island Restaurant

Shell Islands Restaurant was converted from an old barn. The high beams are still easily visible and the carpenters codes for his joints are still easily visible.

Today the Restaurant is very popular with the Sunday lunch brigade. People come from as far as the Midlands, just to have a day out, and enjoy a Shell Island Traditional Sunday Lunch

Traditional Sunday lunch comprises of a a choice of a starter usually Melon, Soup of the Day or Fruit Juice, followed by a choice of main course. Always Roast beef and usually roast Welsh Lamb (once a month Roast Pork) accompanied by the usual Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce, mint sauce etc. and fresh vegetables. A choice of sweet from the trolley and coffee and mints all for the princely some of £12.95 per adult and £8.75 for children. We are the busiest restaurant for miles for Sunday lunch - we do not compromise quality for price !

'The restaurant is only open for Sunday Lunch. Sadly, because of staff shortages we are unable to open the Restaurant in the evenings.
