Yes you can via our website only. We do not take any bookings over the phone. If we go full on bookings there will be no allocation on arrival for that day. It is advised during busy times ie bank holidays and weekends during summer holidays to pre book online.
When we go full, we go full on numbers of people, NOT Space. Friends/Family turning up after we have gone full will not get on. E.g A cinema has 400 seats for 400 people, not 400 seated and 200 sat in the aisles.
Our postcode is LL45 2PJ (there is no road name leading down to Shell Island, the village name is LLANBEDR on the A496)
Our telephone number is 01341 241 453
We don't give refunds but we do Credit notes. This stays on our system for 13 months. It is up to yourselfs to check the weather prior to your arrival. We do not give refunds when you have booked online, if for that period there is a min night stay in operation ie some bank holidays. No credits will be given for early departure/late arrival on a minimum stay weekend.
