Join us on Friday evening for Oktoberfest at Shell Island, featuring the fantastic Jäger Maestros—one of the UK’s leading Bavarian-style party bands. Expect high-energy Oompah music, sing-along favourites, stein-raising laughs, and a brilliant atmosphere for all ages.

The Oompahstompers Take the Stage!

Kick off Oktoberfest with a bang as The Oompahstompers bring Bavarian beats and big energy to Shell Island!

Led by the charismatic Helmut von Munchenhausen, this talented band of top brass, woodwind, and percussion players will have you singing, dancing, and laughing from the very first note
With authentic costumes and infectious enthusiasm, it’s the perfect start to your weekend of fun and froth!

Get ready to end the season with a weekend full of fun, fireworks, and unforgettable memories! From spooky parties to dazzling displays, Shell Island is the place to be this October.

Friday, 2nd October – Shelloween Party!

Kick things off with our legendary Shelloween Party – it’s spooky, sparkly, and seriously fun!

What’s on:

• Trick-or-treating across the site
• Fancy dress competitions (prizes for the best costumes!)
• Live music and entertainment from Ultra 90’s – bringing you an immersive throwback to the best dance anthems of the 90s and 2000s!

Dust off your glow sticks, grab your friends, and get ready to dance the night away in true Shell Island style.

Saturday, 3rd October – Fun in the Sun & Fireworks Spectacular!

Saturday is packed from sunrise to starlight!

Start the day with an amazing animal and reptile show by DWAEC – a wild experience for all ages.
Laugh along with the Conwy Jester and join in his hilarious circus workshops throughout the day.
Meet your favourite characters with Magical Mascot Memories and enjoy plenty of photo opportunities.

As evening falls, prepare for the main event:
A massive fireworks display set to music – lighting up the sky in a symphony of colour and sound!

And when the fireworks fade, the night’s just getting started!
Join us for live music from Thunderchunky, a high-energy 4-piece band bringing you the best of rock and pop hits!

Sunday, 4th October – Dinosaur Show!

Round off the weekend with something truly roarsome – a live dinosaur show by DWAEC! It’s fun, educational, and full of prehistoric surprises the whole family will love.

Don’t miss the Shell Island Firework Weekend – 2nd to 4th October!
A weekend of thrills, laughter, and memories to last a lifetime.

Shell Island will close for a well-deserved rest on Monday 5th October @ 3pm (last night camping Sunday 4th October.)
