Please note: the times shown are a guide only and may change due to weather conditions.

• Crossing Times: These are the safe times to cross the causeway to Shell Island.

• Question Marks ( ? ): This means extra caution is needed — the tide is borderline and can change quickly in bad weather.

• High Tide Heights: These show the estimated height of the tide over the sandbar at the entrance to Mochras Lagoon.

• Missing Times: If a space appears in the table, it’s due to natural lunar and Earth rotation patterns. Simply refer to the next tide time listed.

• A.M. and P.M. indicate the time of high tide.
